Abstract

Abstract: This paper introduces what are office automation and collaborative office automation system. It also discusses the objective and requirement, design theory, global design and technology platform, functions and characteristics of Anhui tobacco collaborative office automation system. The mode of Anhui tobacco collaborative office automation system, which takes budget management as the thread, optimizes the business procedure and procedure control as the key point, enhances cooperative ability within different departments of the enterprise and the core competitiveness of enterprises.
